The purpose of this survey is to collect honest and comparable experiences from people working in Armenia regarding salaries, working conditions, company culture, overtime, and employer transparency. The survey is anonymous. You do not need to provide your employer’s name. When answering, please avoid personal information or details that could identify you or other employees. After review and additional anonymization, the results will be aggregated and published on r/armenia to help people evaluate employers, negotiate salaries, and search for new jobs. Please answer only based on your own experience and provide all salary amounts in Armenian drams (AMD).
